Vendetta creates a tornado to keep Charlotte far away, but instead it makes them neighbors; the girls dream about a land made of cheese and sing about the moon; Charlotte begs Vendetta to make her a pony.
Charlotte takes Vendetta's parents on a picnic, and they enjoy themselves so much they don't want to go home with Vendetta; in an attempt to flatten Charlotte like a pancake, Vendetta winds up getting trapped with her; Marion tries to escape Clamburg, but instead becomes friends with Vendetta.
Vendetta uses a multiplier to create nasty guard dogs, and Charlotte quickly befriends the animals; Vendetta and Charlotte both write in their journals; Vendetta has Marvin take care of her fiends while she takes a break from school.
Charlotte worries that the school lunches are lacking in nutrition, so she brings in vegetables; Vendetta creates a fiendish toupee for Mr. Milk that gives him confidence, but it also pressures him to harm Charlotte; Vendetta erects a statue of herself to underscore her power, and Charlotte has fun playing with the statue.
The series opener of the animated tales of two very opposite little girls begins with Charlotte's first day of school. Later, Charlotte and Vendetta play a game in which Charlotte plays dead; and Charlotte scores better than Vendetta on a magazine quiz that measures evil.
