That was our first reaction upon hearing of Made in Jersey's quick demise. But Irene Adler isn't the only Sherlock Holmes character we'd love to see pop up on CBS' Elementary, in which Jonny Lee Miller stars as the titular sleuth, now a recovering addict and consultant for the NYPD whose Watson (Lucy Liu) is Sherlock's "sober companion."
After pulling Made in Jersey, CBS still lead Friday night in terms of overall viewers. Now in Jersey's former 9/8c timeslot, CSI: NY saw a bump up to 9.4 million viewers and a 1.4 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic.

The fall TV season has seen its first casualty.
CBS has pulled Made in Jersey from its Friday-night lineup and will replace it with new episodes of Undercover Boss beginning Nov. 2, the network announced Wednesday.

CBS' Made in Jersey slipped into very dangerous territory in its second week, nabbing a 0.8 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic, down three tenths from last week.
The legal procedural did, however, lead the 9 o'clock hour in viewership (6.7 million).
Jersey wasn't the only show to fall Friday night. Its lead-in CSI: NY (8.37 million, 1.2) and lead-out Blue Bloods (9.59 million, 1.2) were also down. Fringe, which airs opposite Jersey, also dropped 9 percent to 3.03 million viewers and a 1.4.
