On the season finale of Lost, both Jack and Locke are working toward very specific goals that they think will change everyone's future on the island: Jack wants to detonate a hydrogen bomb that could potentially erase the crash of Oceanic 815, and Locke wants to murder Jacob, which, in his mind, will restore logical order for those remaining on the island. I won't spoil how it all goes down way up here in the first paragraph, but here's your SPOILER ALERT, DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER if you haven't already watched the finale and don't want to know what exactly happens during "The Incident." But I will say this. Over the course of the two-hour finale, we see how the previously unseen Jacob has actually interacted with all of the Oceanic 6 (minus Aaron and plus Locke and Ilana) before. Jack gets an unexpected assist from Juliet in his efforts. Several main characters are in mortal danger at the moment of the thump. And Locke finally comes face to face with Jacob. Plus: Vincent, Rose and Bernard are all safe and sound!

Dan is a man with a plan. After weeks of questioning what exactly Daniel Faraday knows or doesn't know, and whether or not we should trust him, Wednesday's episode of Lost, the show's 100th, gives us a peek into that complicated brainiac's melon, and what we find out is scary to contemplate. It seems that Daniel wants to prevent the folks at the Swan station from drilling, because it will release a dangerous amount of electromagnetic energy, killing many and launching a series of events that will eventually cause the crash of Oceanic 815. To counter this, Faraday thinks the best course of action is to detonate a hydrogen bomb. Come again, Daniel... while I pick up the pieces of what was once my staggeringly capable brain, read on!

Namaste, y'all! Wednesday's episode of Lost was Miles-centric, and I, for one, anxiously anticipated its arrival. I was gagging for more information about this fascinating character, as embodied by the skilled Ken Leung, whom I've admired since his scene-stealing turn as Uncle Junior's unhinged buddy in the booby hatch on The Sopranos. We did get some answers, but perhaps more than any other recent episode, we were presented with a few more nagging questions. Let's start with the answers: We learn how Miles ended up on Widmore's freighter, why his nose bled during the flashes and why this episode's title contained a pointed Star Wars reference. As for the questions "Some Like It Hoth" raised, well, let's get to it!

In 1977, she is motivated by her newfound maternal instincts to save the life of a child, even if that child grows up to be Benjamin Linus. Circa-2006, Kate visits Cassidy, Sawyer's con-woman former girlfriend, to honor his pre-helicopter-jump wishes. And in 2007, we learn what happened to Aaron, and why Kate decided to return to the island.

Wednesday's episode of Lost centered on Sayid, as we learned how he became a killer, how he ended up doing the bidding of Benjamin Linus and how Ilana managed to get him to board Ajira Flight 316. The new Dharma recruits settled into their groovy new lives, but it was not without tension as Kate and Juliet squared off over Sawyer, Sawyer tried his best to play double agent and Jack and Hurley sampled dipping sauces.
