The power of community is celebrated when Carmel cooks an Italian feast for 125 folks at a charity event. Along the way, she shows how to make turkey meatballs, tomato sauce, lasagna and tiramisu. She also teaches her mom and a friend about pool aerobics; and learns about aerial yoga.
A visit to the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts features farm-to-table cuisine, pizza parlors and high-end restaurants; a zip lining adventure; shinrin-yoku, or the Japanese practice of "forest therapy"; and homemade granola bars.
The premiere episode explores the power of art. Included: Tina Louise (Ginger Grant from "Gilligan's Island") and Tony Dow (Wally from "Leave It to Beaver"), who are enjoying second careers as artists; and pop artist Romero Britto.
