The title character is a wife, mother and doctor juggling the responsibilities of all three roles in this dramedy from the creators of `The Wonder Years.' It aired for only a month, but it did lead to supporting player Ellen DeGeneres getting her own ABC sitcom (`These Friends of Mine,' which became `Ellen').
