Cheers to Reggie Watts for lighting up the small screen.
The incandescent comic/musician — who's like the love child of Zach Galifianakis and Jack Black, plus a giant Afro — tore down houses as the opening act for Conan O'Brien's just-concluded "Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour." He made his network debut on O'Brien successor Jimmy Fallon's Late Night and performed one of his breakout tunes, "Big-Ass Purse," in TBS' recent special Team Coco Presents: Conan's Writers. Too bad ...
Betty White has popped up everywhere lately — she's in movies and on award shows and in a Super Bowl commercial and, of course, on Craig Ferguson's couch — but the one place she never thought she'd wind up was hosting Saturday Night Live. "Well, at my age, I'm an old broad. ... I said, 'I'd rather watch it than do it,'" she recalls of her initial reaction to the invitation to host.

Her agent, though, really wanted her to do it. "To be invited to do a show as current ...
In his second week back behind the desk of The Tonight Show, Jay Leno continues to be No. 1 in late night. But the success isn't as sweet as it was before CoCo-gate.
Between March 8 and 12, Leno averaged 4.4 million viewers, trumping David Letterman's The Late Show, which averaged 3.8 million viewers. Leno also won out among the adults-18-to-49 demographic.
The downside: Leno's averages are down 13 percent in the demo and 3 percent in total viewers from the same week a year ago. Worse ...

"It's good to be home," Leno said of the show business institution he hosted for 17 years. "I'm Jay Leno, your host — at least for a little while."

Neil Patrick Harris near deal to appear on Glee
During the Late Night skit, Fallon reports that he and his staff from Studio 6B need to compete in sectionals in order to raise money for cue cards. And Fallon's "Living On a Prayer" is the only thing that can save the show's punch-lines by raising the $375 to buy them.
Check out the story of "6-bee" in the video after the jump.
