Jimmy Fallon just got his ear pierced ... on TV ... by Harrison Ford.
On Friday night's Late Night, Fallon told the audience that he wanted to be just like the Indiana Jones actor and so he was having him pierce his left ear.

"What's the worst that could happen, I could get an infection?" Fallon asked. "Nah. You could bleed to death," Ford responded.
