CBS Orders Daytime Talk Show to Replace As the World Turns

A new daytime talk show co-hosted by former Roseanne co-star Sara Gilbert will replace departing longtime soap opera As the World Turns later this year, CBS announced Wednesday.

The show, which aims to examine current issues through the eyes of mothers, also features America's Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne, Big Brother host Julie Chen, actresses Holly Robinson Peete (runner-up on the most recent Celebrity Apprentice) and Leah Remini (of The King of Queens) and Broadway star Marissa Jaret Winokur as panelists.
