This year's long NCAA tournament road ends in Detroit, and after today's championship games in the East and West regionals, two teams will be able to say that they made it to the Final Four. The other pair of participants in next Saturday's semifinals will be determined tomorrow.

Premise: Dwayne Johnson hosts the 22nd annual celebration, which honors kids' favorites in film, television, music and sports. The Jonas Brothers are slated to perform. Among those scheduled to appear: Hugh Jackman; Robert Pattinson; Zac Efron; Queen Latifah; Reese Witherspoon; Ben Stiller; Amy Poehler; Amy Adams; George Lopez; Keke Palmer; Miranda Cosgrove; and Nat and Alex Wolff.
