Jack Black is set to host Nickelodeon's 2008 Kids' Choice Awards, for the second time since 2006. The 21st annual event will be sliming it up on March 29 at 8 pm/ET. Though TV noms like Hannah Montana, Drake & Josh and iCarly will be bringing young stars to the stage, it's a movie, Shrek the Third, that leads with the most nominations.
