Disney XD is kicking back into action with the third season premiere of Kickin' It. The martial arts comedy goes for the gold with guest star Gabby Douglas, last summer's Olympic gymnastics all-around champion. Whether Douglas will show up the dojo cast remains to be seen, but series star and real-life martial artist Leo Howard puts his skills to the test in the 007-themed episode, titled "Spyfall."

The actors on the Disney XD's Kickin' It comedy play martial arts students, but the Bobby Wasabi Academy is welcoming a real-life expert into the dojo. Teen martial artist Booboo Stewart is most recognizable as Seth Clearwater in the Twilight movie franchise, but with a martial arts Hall of Fame pass under his black belt, Stewart is kickin' on over to Monday's episode (airing at 9/8c) where he stars as Carson, one of Rudy's former superstar students.

It's April Fools in November on Disney XD, which is celebrating the art of the practical joke throughout the month, including the launch of new hidden camera series Just Kidding. The show, hosted by YouTube personality Zach Fox, launches on Monday, Nov. 19 at 7/6c.
The channel will also start airing episodes of sister Disney Channel's Code: 9.

Disney Channel continues its Halloween tradition Friday with its latest original movie, Girl Vs. Monster (8/7c). Featuring Olivia Holt — star of Disney XD's comedy series Kickin' It — the film follows Skylar, a normal teenager whose life takes a terrifying turn when she discovers her family's secret — she was born into many generations of monster-hunters. Skylar's plans to sing alongside her crush at the big Halloween bash are crushed when she unexpectedly unleashes a monster that is out to get her family, leaving her and her friends to defeating the cruel creature and save the spooky soiree. For its next original TV movie, Disney Channel has created a monster. The network is set to announce shortly that Girl vs. Monster will premiere on Friday, Oct. 12 at 8/7c as part of its Halloween-themed month of programming.
