Ed O'Neill plays a husband, father and grandfather of four children on Modern Family, so it's no problem for him to get the grandfather treatment on Disney's Kick Buttowski — Suburban Daredevil.
When Kick helps his grandpa (O'Neill) clean out the closet, he finds an old medal inscribed with the words, "For bravery behind enemy lines." Intrigued, Kick inquires about his grandfather's past which leads to a wartime flashback. In the flashback, Kick assumes the role of his young grandpa who must take down an enemy dictator. And of course no mission is complete without Gen. Rock Callahan, Kick's idol, voiced by NBA star Dwight Howard.
