Premise: The 134th Run for the Roses at Churchill Downs in Louisville. Unbeaten Florida Derby winner Big Brown headlines an expected 20-horse field with Pyro, Colonel John, Gayego and filly Eight Belles. Top trainer Todd Pletcher saddles Monba and Cowboy Cal in his quest for a first Derby win after coming up short with 19 horses previously. Street Sense won last year's race with jockey Calvin Borel, who rides Denis of Cork this year.
