Cyndi Lauper, Kendra Wilkinson
Singer Cyndi Lauper and former Playboy model Kendra Wilkinson will join the WEtv reality TV family.
Lauper, who has reality experience from participating in the ninth season of Celebrity Apprentice, will star in a docu-soap with the working title Cyndi, the network announced Wednesday.
Kendra Wilkinson may be the second of Hef's former girls next door to compete on Dancing with the Stars, but don't think she turned to Season 8 alum Holly Madison for pointers. "I'm very stubborn like that," Wilkinson tells TVGuide.com. "If anyone tries to tell anything to me, I shut them up immediately. There's only one piece of advice I'll take and that's from [partner] Louis [van Amstel]." So how are rehearsals going for the self-proclaimed tomboy with zero dance experience?
Kirstie Alley, Sugar Ray Leonard
It's the season of the lookers, the fighters, a rapper, a Super Bowl MVP and a former Fat Actress — but not a one-time candidate for the U.S Senate. Emmy winner Kirstie Alley (Cheers) leads the cast of celebs who'll kick up their heels for Dancing With the Stars' 12th season, which begins March 21 on ABC. "We've wanted Kirstie from Day 1," says executive producer Conrad Green. "She's enormously winning and an absolute hoot."

Lara Flynn Boyle
E!'s next celebrity reality series won't star a Kardashian sister or a Girl Next Door, but rather Lara Flynn Boyle.
The network has green-lit a pilot presentation of a docu-reality series about the former Practice star, Deadline reports. The as-yet-untitled series would follow Boyle as she ...

Jaws fans, set your DVRs! The source material for Peter Benchley's book and Steven Spielberg's movie comes to life in this dramatic documentary about the 1916 shark attacks along the New Jersey shore. Reenactments and reality-show-type cutaways are juxtaposed with a narrative that compares what scientists knew then to what they know now in one of the coolest Shark Week specials ever.

Billy Elliot, the Musical with a Tony-leading 15 nominations, is expected to dominate the evening, but whether it does or not, it will be a great night for lovers of Broadway. As always, musicals will be front and center at the 63rd annual celebration with performances from the nominated original musicals (Billy Elliot, the Musical; Next to Normal; Rock of Ages; Shrek the Musical) and musical revivals (Guys and Dolls; Hair; Pal Joey; West Side Story). There will also be numbers from three touring shows (Jersey Boys; Legally Blonde the Musical; Mamma Mia!). Neil Patrick Harris is the host.

Kendra Wilkinson has moved out of the Playboy mansion of Girls Next Door, but the Playmate is keeping the cameras rolling for the next chapter in her life with her new series Kendra (premieres Sunday, June 7 at 10 pm/ET on E!).
TVGuide.com caught up with Hugh Hefner's ex via email to find out how it's going fending for herself, what kind of wedding she's planning with fiancé Hank Baskett and how she's using her in-house stripper-pole to keep in shape for the big day.
TVGuide.com: Why did you decide to do this show after being on a reality show for several years?
Kendra Wilkinson: I had so much fun doing Girls Next Door, and I wanted the next chapter in my life to be like a home video that I can have forever. Plus, the team I work with is amazing, so when I found out I would get to work with a lot of the same people, I was all for it. They're like family.
TVGuide.com: What has been the hardest part about fending for yourself?
Kendra: Everything's hard! I'm still trying to learn how to cook. Cooking doesn't seem hard; it's just finding the time. My dogs are hard too. At the mansion, they could run around and they were picked up after. It took me ...
