Canadian singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan tells her life story. Of her career choice she notes, “I love to sing. It's been sort of my truest friend throughout my life.” In addition, she talks about organizing the all-female Lilith Fair tour; and struggling to fit in as a child growing up in the small town of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
