Twilight, Glee, Vampire Diaries Lead Teen Choice Awards Nominations

Twilight: Eclipse

Twilight Saga: Eclipse leads the first wave of the Teen Choice Awards nominations that Fox announced Wednesday.

The latest film in the series, Eclipse racked up 12 nominations, including Choice Movie: Sci-Fi/Fantasy.  Stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are both up for Choice Movie Actor: Sci-Fi/Fantasy, while Kristen Stewart will be competing for Choice Movie Actress: Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Stewart will compete against herself in the Choice Movie: Liplock category. She's nominated with both Lautner and Pattinson. Last year, The Twilight Saga: New Moon topped the awards with 12 wins.

iCarly has been renewed for a fifth season, a Nickelodeon rep confirmed.

The network's hit live-action series stars Miranda Cosgrove as teen online celeb who creates and hosts her own web show, iCarly with her best friends Sam (Jennette McCurdy) and Freddie (Nathan Kress).

While Big Time Rush failed to win at the Kids' Choice Awards, the group succeeded in helping Snoop Dogg get slimed for the first time.

During a performance of the group's song "Boyfriend," the rapper surprised the audience in the middle of the song. But the surprise was on Snoop when he got hit with a barrage of green goo at the end of the number.
