The women participate in a military boot-camp obstacle course, with the winner scoring one-on-one time with Sir. Later, he surprises one of the ladies with a romantic dinner for two in the garden. Meanwhile, tension and jealousy erupts among some of the contestants and one of them makes a surprising confession to Sir when the two of them have a moment alone.
Sir and one of the ladies go cruising in a muscle car and stop for lunch at an American-style diner. Later, a beauty pageant is held and all the ladies compete to be named Miss Deerfield Manor. And to top things off, Sir arranges a carnival, complete with games of chance, thrill rides and picnic foods.
Nine women remain, and one of them uncovers an intriguing photo in Sir's room, which leads to speculation about his identity. Among the dates undertaken are a yacht cruise down the Thames, a horseback ride and badminton on the estate. Meanwhile, one of the ladies questions her desire to remain in the manor.
Sir and Kimberly go on a hot-air-balloon ride over the English countryside to a picture-perfect secluded picnic area, where they are interrupted by stalking paparazzi. Later, back at the estate, there's a pool party and the ladies make a splash with their favorite dance moves.
Sir's first one-on-one date, a helicopter flight to a remote beach, is with Rose; and later, the ladies are challenged to a game of cricket, affording them the opportunity to demonstrate their athletic prowess.
