Episode Synopsis: While House and Stacy are in Baltimore to defend his billing practices to Medicaid, a famous journalist (Michael O'Keefe) with substance abuse in his past collapses, hits his head and suddenly can speak only gibberish. Cameron, Chase and Foreman can't agree on a diagnosis. As the patient's condition deteriorates, House is available by phone, but he and Stacy are snowed in at the airport. Elizabeth: Erica Gimpel.
