On Gordon Ramsay's new Fox series Hotel Hell (premiering Monday, 8/7c, Fox), the famed chef and restaurateur turns his attention to struggling hotels, motels and bed & breakfasts. And although the various businesses have different difficulties, the crux of the problem usually comes down to the owners.
