Conan O'Brien ended his brief run as host of The Tonight Show with thanks to his fans and even the network that is replacing him a mere seven months into his dream job.

The fund-raiser features musical performances by Bono, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Alicia Keys, Jay-Z, Shakira and Stevie Wonder.
