Cheese dishes are made. Included: crispy cheese-curd risotto cakes served with a side of cherry tomato-arugula salad. Also: what Amy dubs the "best-ever" cheese soup; and her son's favorite stove-top macaroni and cheese with bacon.
Season 2 begins with Amy preparing a meal using a central-wood stove. On the menu: Midwestern fried chicken and gravy with whipped potatoes; and Swiss chard with honey-roasted garlic. Also: "Indoor Buttercup S'mores" are made bruschetta-style with roasted marshmallows and dark chocolate.
