Low-rent spin-off from `Married...With Children,' about a sleazy apartment super in a run-down building in Chicago. The lead character, Charlie Verducci, was introduced as an old pal of Al Bundy's. A pre-`Friends' Matt LeBlanc costarred as Charlie's son, Vinnie, a character he would reprise the next season in the sitcom `Vinnie and Bobby.'
