Who's pursuing whom?

That's the question viewers are pondering during the penultimate episode of Hannibal's second season. Although the idea first comes up during a metaphorical dinner conversation between Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen) and Jack Crawford (Laurence Fishburne), by the end of the hour, the query takes on new meaning when Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) seems once again torn between his loyalties to both men.... read more

Which "two agents will go down" on Criminal Minds— Jim
It will definitely be two of the regular cast members (read: not Cruz). Both victims suffer gunshot wounds in the first half of the two-part finale Wednesday. And while one team member's wound is only a temporary setback, the other is potentially fatal. The good news: You won't have to wait all summer to find out his or her fate.

I'm so glad 24 is back. What's coming up? — Casey

Will Graham, what have you done!?

On Friday's Hannibal, it was pretty hard to tell supposed good guy Will (Hugh Dancy) from his evil, manipulative puppet master Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen). In fact, the episode's creepy closing shot implied the two are now almost one in the same... read more

Weekend TV: LEGO My Simpsons, Resurrection Finale

The Simpsons

Oh, snap! After 25 seasons, Fox's The Simpsons can still seem as fresh and inventive as when we first met this merrily mutant family — especially when the show raises its game as it does for this weekend's milestone 550th (!) episode (Sunday, 8/7c), a fantastical collaboration with LEGO in which all the elements of visuals, story and jokes click into place with spectacular results.

Question: I've been enjoying the insights into the early Hannibal Lecter and Norman Bates on Hannibal and Bates Motel. I know that both shows are just based on the original works and can certainly invent stories for the characters. However, I expect the TV series to at least honor the future stories that we're so familiar with. What I mean: Bates Motel is terrific at bringing young Norman along where we can understand the Norman in Psycho and how he got that way. The taxidermy and now the blackouts are both critical, as is the relationship with Mother. However, I was very upset that they killed off Dr. Chilton in Hannibal since he is an important character in the novels. We can accept that what we see in Jack, Will, Bloom, Lounds, etc. are consistent (genders aside) with what we see later in Red Dragon and Silence of the Lambs. But now, there is no place for Chilton in the future stories. Am I out of line and the only one who has complained? — Jerome

Porsha Stewart, Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore

Our top moments of the week:

13. Worst Melodrama:
It's midway through Dancing with the Stars, and that means it's time for the annual Maks temper tantrum. Still burned by Julianne Hough's "phoning it in" comment and feeling the pressure to deliver for Meryl Davis, Maks comes thisclose to blowing a gasket, but is talked off the ledge by Meryl, who tells him to hold her hand. "It's really crazy. I must be the weakest freaking person in this ... read more
