A Georgia man who told police he was secretly engaged to Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has been charged with attempting to stalk the tween sensation.

Police arrested 53-year-old Mark McLeod Tuesday after Walt Disney Pictures security officers reported he had returned to the Tybee Island movie set where Cyrus was filming, according to The Associated Press. McLeod was previously arrested in June for disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer near the beachside set, which is 12 miles east of Savannah.
