Farm-to-table Mexican cuisine is prepared by Guy and his guest Duskie Estes. On the menu: al pastor tacos; roasted tomatillo-avocado salsa; Tex-Mex rice; and a side of gigante beans and pumpkin.
Guy makes appetizers. Included: buffalo-chicken nachos with blue-cheese sauce; blue olives with prosciutto; and a Bloody Mary made with beer and tequila in place of the vodka.
Guy makes his mom a special cauliflower steak for Mother's Day. The menu also includes prosciutto-wrapped scallops; and a champagne-cantaloupe granita.
The host celebrates his Italian roots with recipes for bucatini a la surf-and-turf with spicy tomato sauce; cauliflower croquettes with red-pepper aioli; and a zesty limoncello cocktail.
