Guy is joined by chef Jonathan Waxman in the kitchen. They prepare a cold Italian seafood salad with poached calamari, shrimp and clams in a Venetian vinaigrette on a bed of arugula and fennel. Also: asparagus soup topped with Parmesan breadcrumbs, crème fraîche and extra-virgin olive oil; and Jonathan's pea-and-ricotta crostini.
