Premise: Superhero spoof about an inept crimefighter with superpowers given to him by aliens. Trouble is, he lost the instruction manual. The show wasn't a hit, but the theme song, `The Greatest American Hero (Believe It or Not),' was. Stephen J. Cannell (`The A-Team') produced.
