Episode Synopsis:
John Selvick enlists a replacement to tutor his rookie first mate, but the decision to do so backfires. Meanwhile, on Lake Michigan, Ted Long takes on the tall order to ship six oil containers that stand 80 feet tall; and tug captain Mike Ojard tackles an ice-breaking assignment.
