Nominees include “Brokeback Mountain,” “Capote,” “Transamerica,” “The L Word,” “Six Feet Under,” “Will & Grace,” “The Amazing Race” and “General Hospital.” Special awards go to Melissa Etheridge, Charlize Theron and photographer David LaChapelle.
