Andrew Rannells is breaking out the glitter and nail polish for his upcoming stint as the title character in Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway.
A new promo poster shows Rannells, who will take over the role from Neil Patrick Harrisbeginning Aug. 20, in character as Hedwig, the East German transgender rock star at the center of the musical. His look features red shimmering lipstick, blue eye shadow and nails to match.
