In Atlanta, the Black Mafia Family, or BMF, controls the street flow of cocaine. The gang throws its cash around the hottest nightclubs in the city. The gang's charismatic leader, Demetrius "Big Meech" Flenory, plays the dual role of a tough, street-minded gangster as well as a music promoter. The Feds have been after BMF for years, but the gang has always managed to stay one step ahead.

Two of the world's most feared outlaw motorcycle gangs, the Hells Angels and the Mongols, are entrenched in a brutal turf war for the state of California. The fight began in 1977 when the Mongols began claiming California as their territory. It was a slap in the face to the Hells Angels, who had long felt that California was theirs. Over the next three decades, continued violent encounters escalated the war. In April 2002, the gangs clashed on the floor at Harrah's Casino leaving three dead and the public outraged. Then in 2008, the war exploded in the streets of San Francisco, with the murder of Hells Angels Chapter President, Mark "Papa" Guardado.

Dead Man Incorporated," or "DMI" is an ultra-violent prison gang that has become the biggest threat in the Maryland State penal system. In just ten years, the gang has grown to include more than 14,000 members and can now be found across the country. DMI enforces strict rules and maintains an air of secrecy. Their tattoos and secret codes have helped the gang flourish despite the restrictions of a prison system. Members of DMI are recruited based on their skill sets and membership is for life. Now, DMI's numbers are exploding, creating a rift in the leadership, and leaving authorities worried about the future of this popular and extremely violent gang.

The Hoover Criminals relocated to Portland from LA in the 80's to capitalize on the city's untapped drug market. Their reputation has spread as they've made enemies of everyone. They are the city's biggest criminal enterprise specializing in illegal dogfights, drug dealing and murder.

The Hidden Valley Kings, or "HVK's," rule Charlotte, North Carolina. They're named for the Hidden Valley neighborhood where they grew up. The HVKs' colors are green and black, and their symbol of choice, fittingly, is the crown. The HVK's control the city's cocaine, ecstasy and marijuana trade, so much so that a task force was formed to take down the gang in 2003. Even though they face the heat from law enforcement, some say that the Hidden Valley Kings have not lost their crown.

Colorado Springs has been overrun by anarchy and violence ... the culprit...Colorado's largest motorcycle gang- The Sons of Silence. Many members join for a world of gun-running, drug-dealing, partying, and mayhem. Since its inception in the late 1960's, the Sons of Silence have spread and now have 36 chapters throughout the world. Calling themselves the "Sons of Violence" and beating their enemies with large flashlights, the gang also sells drugs and illegal weapons, such as AK-47's, sten guns, and hand grenades. The Sons of Silence became so notorious that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) infiltrated their Colorado Springs chapter. Undercover agents participated in numerous meth and firearms deals caught on-camera, gathering footage that takes the viewer deep into the shady underworld of biker gangs.

The Aryan Brotherhood of Texas is the largest prison gang within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. It was started as a means of survival. Backed by their white supremacist beliefs, the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas - also known as the ABT - has now spread to the Dallas suburbs where members are easily blending into their communities. They deal drugs and run guns. The driving force behind the gang is violence - killing anyone who crosses their path. The FBI in Texas has cracked down on the ABT, leaving a hole in the gang's power structure. The ABT is now struggling to regroup but members are confident the ABT will remain a force to be reckoned with...by any means necessary.

In the late 1980's and into the 1990's, the BOD controlled a thriving drug trade, under the leadership of a smart and ruthless teenager, Dorsey Brandon. Dorsey oversaw the beginning of a gang war the likes of which St. Louis had never seen. Today, a new generation of BOD's roll with no rules, putting the hustle into "Hustle City."

Their leader has successfully run the gang, through gangland wars and expanding drug empires, from behind bars for nearly four decades, prompting authorities to launch the biggest offensive against the Latin King organization Operation Broken Crown, the results of which are yet to be seen.

The gang takes its name from the numbered corridors that intersect with Figueroa Street in the Highland Park neighborhood. The gang's roots trace back more than 60 years, to the Zoot Suit era of the 1940's. Since then, the Avenues have maintained their control of their neighborhood by aligning themselves with the infamous prison gang, the Mexican Mafia.
