An adventurous late-19th-century newspaper copy boy becomes an amateur sleuth. Gallegher was based on a character created by Richard Harding Davis and was featured in stories presented on `Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color,' including `The Further Adventures of Gallegher,' `Gallegher Goes West' and `The Mystery of Edward Sims.'
