"Frontline" correspondent Dave Iverson, who---like his father and older brother before him---was diagnosed in 2004 with Parkinson's disease, investigates the degenerative disorder on both a personal and large scale, and interviews Michael J. Fox and writer Michael Kinsley, who both suffer from it. He explores the debate over stem-cell research, and talks with Mayo Clinic geneticist Matthew Farrer, brain surgeon Ivar Mendez and Dr. J. William Langston of the Parkinson's Institute.
