A dinner-party menu is prepared with the help of Jill Zarin ("The Real Housewives of New York City"). Included: chopped salad with courgettes, baby corn and sliced beets and an herb-walnut oil vinaigrette; warm lobster with fava beans, snap peas and tarragon-butter sauce; and chocolate soufflé.
Indian dishes are prepared. Included: curry-scented cauliflower; shrimp with coconut milk, chilies and tomatoes; and tandoori-style chicken drumsticks with a yogurt dipping sauce. Also: a lesson on spices in Indian cuisine.
