Family for Joe
A homeless curmudgeon is talked into posing as the grandfather of four upper-crust orphans so the kids won't be split up and sent off to live in foster homes. The kids think they'll have it made, but the cranky (and, naturally, wise) elder takes his job to heart. A barely remembered sitcom save for its iconic star: Robert Mitchum, whose forte never was light comedy.
