Family Guy Episode: "Road to Rupert"

Episode Synopsis: Brian inadvertently sells Stewie's teddy bear Rupert at a yard sale, prompting a cross-country odyssey to get it back. And Peter loses his driver's license after crashing his car doing an Evel Knievel-type stunt. He makes such a pest of himself around the house that Lois enlists Meg to be his chauffeur. Rob Lowe provides the voice of Rupert's buyer, and George Wendt has a cameo as Norm in a fantasy scene set in the “Cheers” bar. Original Air Date: Jan 28, 2007

Premise: Animated antics of the constantly grousing Griffins, a family that put some fun in dysfunctional. While dad Peter is a tad dim and lazy, mom Lois is none of the above. Then there are hapless teens Meg and Chris; sassy baby Stewie, who's wise (and a wise guy) beyond his years; and family dog Brian, who might be the smartest of the lot. Series creator Seth MacFarlane voices many of the regular characters. In 2002, Fox dumped the show, but revived it in 2005 after it became a top-selling DVD.
