Prison Break Bad Girl's Secrets Are Revealed!

Thus far on Fox's Prison Break (Mondays at 8 pm/ET), it would seem that the "B" in Company operative Susan B. Anthony's name stands for "beeyotch." But perhaps there is a method to her meanness? Indeed, TVGuide.com confirmed just that in this Q&A with Jodi Lyn O'Keefe. TVGuide.com: I was a bit nervous getting ready to talk to you, but Dominic Purcell assured me you're not nearly as fierce as Susan B.Jodi Lyn O'Keefe: No, I'm not at all. I'm actually a pretty big pushover. TVGuide.com: How familiar were you with Prison Break before joining the series?O'Keefe: I was a huge fan, so it's pretty unnerving to be a cast member now. TVGuide.com: Especially since this show doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to female characters and love interests.O'Keefe: [Laughs] See, thankfully I'm not a love interest. TVGuide.com: Yet. read more

Question: What's the word on ABC's The Evidence? I've seen the seven episodes so far, and it seems quite well written. You can't really go wrong with Orlando Jones, and Rob Estes plays the detective role with authenticity. I can't say I'm normally one to go for murder mysteries, and I don't watch other cop shows. It seems that ABC could use a well-filmed cop show like this in its lineup, and that it deserves more of a chance. I know ABC promoted it as kind of a "play detective" game, but I don't see it that seriously. By and large, I'd say it pushes the right buttons so far. Answer: Sorry to tell you, but it has pushed its last button. The July 1 episode was the last one scheduled. It's true that ABC is noticeably lacking a procedural crime drama, but of the two the network trotted out at mid-season, Evidence and Injustice, neither made the cut for renewal. ... read more

On those rare occasions when the networks realize they've made a grievous mistake and fix it, it seems only right that we should acknowledge it and say thanks.

So thanks, CBS, for doing the right thing by The Amazing Race, and more important, for the show's family audience, by moving the show back to an earlier time period. As has been much discussed since the show was moved to 10 pm/ET this spring, with a season far superior than last fall's "family" edition, the new time period was simply on too late for many of its fans to watch it live. Starting next Wednesday, April 5, Race will now air Wednesdays at 8 pm/ET for (presumably) the rest of the season. (Crime-drama repeats will take over Race's slot, and struggling freshman sitcoms Out of Practice and Courting Alex will di read more

The EvidenceI'll be honest: I might watch one more episode. You never know — the show is on pretty late, there could be nudity or something. If it lasts a few more weeks, the "item" gimmick is going to turn into the "will I watch?" gimmick. This week's items were weak at best. Another white guy with a buzz haircut, some aspirin pasta and that crossword puzzle that didn't even have any blood on it. So what if the bat had brains on it? It's after 10 pm — show us some good stuff already. Some evidence that the show will be worth watching. I'm not caring about the crime in question. Wet boxing gloves just don't do it for me. At least start off by using aspirin's chemical name, acetylsalicylic acid. Sounds cooler, and makes me want to know what it means read more
