Premise: The heroics of Squad 51of the L.A. County Fire Department's Paramedical Rescue Service are dramatized in the semidocumentary style that executive producer Jack Webb patented on `Dragnet.' The fast-paced series featured three or four rescues per episode (some more serious than others) and lasted six seasons.
