You raised the question last week, so answer it. Will there be a Visitor-human birth on V? — Jim
MICKEY: We already know that Morris Chestnut's Ryan Nichols has a human lovah, but I'm hearing that a different human-V coupling will produce a bouncing baby reptile. Morena Baccarin, who plays Anna, the creepy-hot leader of the Visitors, is coy on the matter, but says it's definitely a possibility. There's your breaking news, Chad Decker.
V: Sit down with Visitors' leader Morena Baccarin
I loved the Arizona-centric episode of Grey's Anatomy. What's next for her? — Lori
ADAM: Show of jazz hands: Who wants a musical episode of Grey's? Well, you're...

This week, TV was filled with surprise appearances. Tommy returned on Brothers & Sisters. Rihanna spoke about ex Chris Brown. The JFK assassination was front and center on Mad Men. Kate Hudson distracted Fox cameramen during the World Series. And the pilot episode of V taught us that appearances can deceive. Welcome to this week's Top Moments: Screen Time Edition.

This week demonstrated that not everyone on TV is cynical. Mad Men's Don Draper finally came clean with his wife. A One Tree Hill investigation uncovered a cruel deception. Amazing Race's Mika had a panic attack. And it would take a real cynic to think that Shepard Smith wasn't being real in calling for more balance in Fox News Channel's political coverage. This Halloween, we're removing our masks and embracing genuine human emotion. Welcome to Top Moments: Cynicism-Free Edition.

Fringe, Eastwick
It's that time of year: The networks are looking ahead to January and their midseason schedules, but some fall shows will have to be canceled to make room for the new stuff. Here's our list of 15 at-risk shows, many of which have posted significant ratings declines. Others are expensive to produce, a little long in the tooth, or just aren't performing as well as their timeslot competition — or even other shows on their own networks. Friedman drops a few hints on that, tells us what happens when the Kat-Joanna-Will love triangle comes to a head and what Jerry O'Connell will be doing when he drops by the town of Eastwick...

There were a lot of dirty tricks on TV this week. Jo Reynolds (Daphne Zuniga) cajoled poor Riley into posing topless on Melrose Place. House and Foreman conducted an autopsy on a living person. Gossip Girl's Chuck kissed a guy because of Blair's deception. CSI: Miami's Eric Delko tricked us all by slinking off into the night with barely any explanation. Welcome to this week's Top Moments: Dirty Tricks Edition.

If you never saw the 1987 movie The Witches of Eastwick, starring Jack Nicholson, or read the John Updike novel, ABC is offering a fresh rendition with Eastwick.
Set in the fictional Rhode Island town of Eastwick, ABC's new series follows three women on the cusp of discovering that they're more powerful than they ever dreamed. Their quirky acts of persuasion, premonition and, let's just say, tapping into Mother Earth, bring the mysterious Darryl to town.

The Middle
The Middle
8:30/7:30c ABC
Originally developed — and shelved — for the 2006-07 TV season with Ricki Lake in the lead, this sitcom was finally given the green light when Patricia Heaton came on board. No offense to Ms. Lake, but with a two-time Emmy winner as the star, The Middle probably has a better shot at breaking out of the pack. The Everybody Loves Raymond vet plays a harried, married mother of three in a quirky Midwestern family that will no doubt be compared with the Malcolm in the Middle clan, but clever dysfunctional slapstick never goes out of style.
