A teenage Maya Dolittle (Kyla Pratt) is sent to a dude ranch to work out her growing pains and discovers that, like her father, she has the ability to talk to the animals, which serves her and her furry friends well, as the ranch is in danger of closing because of financial problems and some crooked neighbors.
