Dick Clark Dies at Age 82

Dick Clark, the legendary radio and television personality who hosted American Bandstand and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, has died. He was 82.

Clark died after suffering a massive heart attack, his rep said in a statement to The New York Times.

Clark and Seacrest are live in Times Square as always, and Jenny McCarthy joins them as a correspondent while Fergie hosts from L.A.
