Carly and Sam's battle then escalates to the point where their friendship and the Web show suffer, leaving their fans to wonder if the show can go on. Meanwhile, Spencer wins a boat and makes the logical decision to dock it in a parking lot, much to the chagrin of one of his neighbors.
