An inventive cyberpunk adventure that plays like a sci-fi version of `The Fugitive' for Gen-Xers. It's about a 20-year-old who learns that he was part of a government experiment `to make smarter humans through neurocybernetics.' Trouble is, it went awry, and his head will literally explode when he turns 21. So now he must find the scientist who devised the experiment. This was MTV's first dramatic series.
