  • Hopefully Al is as funny this year as he was last time on 30 Rock. Of the other shows, I have a feeling Parks and Rec will do the best making a "green" episode funny.
  • I, too, love the typo at the top. I was hoping for something a la My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Oh well. Al Gore repels me. Can't stand the sound of his voice.
  • im sick of having this green stuff shoved down my throat i watch t tv to be entertained not preached to

Days of Our Lives Renewed for 18 Months

Sorry soap fans, you can't blame Days of Our Lives' short-term contract renewal on the evil Stefano DiMera!

NBC has inked a deal with Sony Pictures TV to extend its run of the long-running daytime favorite Days for just 18 months, Variety reports.

This is most likely a sign of uncertain times for the daytime scripted dramas, especially at NBC. The network has axed most of its soaps, including... read more

Premise: The Horton and Brady broods endure the romantic trials of life in Salem, a Midwestern hamlet filled with evil geniuses, star-crossed lovers and a rich family history. After a slow start, the soap earned a loyal following in spite of (or maybe because of) way-out-there plots, including satanic possession and mind control.
