Apparently Joshua Jackson and James Van Der Beek don't wanna wait for the official Dawson's Creek reunion in Austin, Texas next year.
The two former co-stars ran into each other at a party this weekend, and naturally chose to immortalize the moment on Instagram.
It's the television reunion you've been waiting for: The cast and creator of Gilmore Girls are finally gathering at the 2015 ATX Television Festival.
"So after years of peace and quiet these lunatics have chosen to get the chattiest chicks in the world back under one roof? Really? Okay. You asked for it," Amy Sherman-Palladino said in a statement. "Gilmore was the highlight of my ridiculous life. I can't wait to sit with these unbelievable broads and relive a time where sleep did not exist where stress and coffee were mama's little helpers and where we all dove into the deep end together to make something weird and very very cool."
This week, Jenny Slate and her husband Dean Fleischer-Camp released a new video in their "Marcel the Shell with Shoes On" series, and Brad Pitt was Zach Galifianakis' guest on "Between Two Ferns." Bill Murray offered parenting tips and a nun provided us with a killer cover version ofMadonna's "Like a Virgin." And Shia LaBeouf got the weirdest (yet oddly fitting) musical tribute ever. Check out those clips and more in our weekly roundup of the best online videos:
Kevin Williamson is no stranger to defending his work. At the Television Critics Association tour this summer, the creator of The Following and CBS' new thriller Stalker raised eyebrows by encouraging a critic to just "change the channel" if he didn't like what he was seeing on screen. ("I think some people are still kind of raw over The Following," Williamson admitted to TVGuide.com after the panel. "They're fair questions.")
And there's no question that Stalker won't be for everybody. Accusations of excess violence and even misogyny have been leveled at Williamson based on the pilot, whose opening sequence shows a woman screaming as she getting burned alive in her car. But he insists that Stalker is not as violent as The Following, and appeals to a different sense of fear.
