A popular and cool teen soap about attractive, very self-aware young people in a Boston suburb (though it was filmed in North Carolina). Full of the clever pop-culture references that are a trademark of creator Kevin Williamson ('Scream'), who based it in part on his own experiences.

First Aired: December 15, 1999

A student film fest and an Ivy League university tour bring Joey, Dawson and Andie to Boston, where a rival filmmaker (Bianca Lawson) trashes Dawson's documentary on "Witch Island." Meanwhile, an overeager Andie tries to snag an unscheduled interview with the dean to press her case for an early admission. Joey learns her tour guide (Robin Dunne) is the opposite of what she expected; and Jack, who's along for the trip, gingerly explores Boston's gay nightlife. Jack: Kerr Smith.
