The fourth-season premiere finds the quirky town poised to celebrate its 60th anniversary. Sheriff Carter, still reeling from the departures of Zoe and Tess in the last episode, goes for a jog and runs into the enigmatic Dr. Trevor Grant (James Callis). Since this is Eureka we're talking about, you can go ahead and assume that Carter wasn't supposed to meet the man who played Baltar in Battlestar Galactica, and that something has gone very, very wrong while Carter was out jogging.

However, the guys aren't allowed to hang out with her or even really go near her because Gustavo thinks they'll bring her bad luck. As Gustavo works on a new song with Jordin, the boys set out to prove him wrong — and show him that they may even be good-luck charms.

Disney stars and real-life BFFs Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez give appealing performances in this charming 2009 cable comedy that tweens will likely devour. Lovato is pampered princess Rosalinda Marie Montoya Fiore, who is soon to be crowned queen of her tiny nation, Costa Luna. But a neighboring dictator launches a military coup, and Rosalinda is rescued by the Princess Protection Program and relocated to rural Louisiana. There she rooms with Carter (Gomez), a local teen who is her polar opposite. Sparks fly. But a budding friendship is also ignited.
