Tongue-tied twenty-something Sean can't get beyond "How ya doin" when he tries to meet the ladies, so his friends play Cyrano by telling him what to say to girls. Patti gives Sean some tough advice and helps him realize that he has to leave the well-intentioned crutch of his friends behind if he's ever going to find true love. Her other client Tonya has turned to adult videos to satisfy her needs after being scarred by a difficult relationship, but now the man on the sex tapes has gone beyond just being a physical pleasure and has become a full-blown fantasy boyfriend. Things get heated when Patti tries to take away Tonya's TV Romeo.
