Premise: NBC's failed attempt to revive the old Saturday matinee serials resulted in three continuing sagas under the umbrella title `Cliffhangers.' Each week featured the latest 20-minute chapter of `Stop Susan Williams,' `The Secret Empire' and `The Curse of Dracula.' Viewers expecting resolutions to these story lines may have felt cheated, as only `Dracula' concluded before the show's cancellation after two months.
