Season 2, Episode 8
When all the Westley Kids but Philly Phil get invited to a popular kid's party, Philly Phil becomes determined to figure out exactly what it is about "popular kid behavior" that he doesn't grasp. The data he compiles on the subject he then uses to build a robot he calls BROC ("Big Robot on Campus"), which he endows with all the sure-fire popularity attributes he can think of, thus making it possible for Philly Phil to ride into popularity on BROC's coattails. Surprisingly, Philly Phil's plan seems to work… that is, until things start backfiring when BROC begins treating Philly Phil as a social liability and starts scoring popularity points at Philly Phil's expense.
